Heritage Park facility, nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, is located in Townsend, Tennessee. Our charming outdoor pavilion, which seats up to 300 guests in a ceremony style setting or 150 in a reception style setting, has a panoramic view of the mountains and is a lovely choice for your ceremony and / or reception. It is equipped with all - weather sides that can be raised or lowered at a moment’s notice in the unfortunate event of uncooperative weather.
Most couples desiring an outdoor wedding prefer to use one of our beautiful grass court areas for their ceremony location, and plan their reception under our open - air pavilion.
A beautifully terraced stairway leads you to our most popular ceremony site by our pond. Water trickling down a landscape of river rock and a breathtaking mountain view is the backdrop. Complete with a water fountain feature, cattails, a weeping willow, and even a few fish, you will find no other place quite like this.
Majestic mountains surround our popular Upper Court, which offers easy access for the handicapped and elderly, without compromising space or view.
Our banquet room is located upstairs in our main building, and can accommodate up to 100 guests. This space is often used for rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, family reunions, or serves as a transitional space to accommodate your wedding guests while we reset the pavilion for your reception, should we have to use our “Plan B.”
This building also houses our beautiful bridal suite, where you and your attendants can be pampered as you prepare for your special day. It has triple floor to ceiling mirrors, a large vanity area, private bath, and comfortable seating for the bride and her attendants.
Unlike most venues, we only book one wedding per day, so you get to be the bride all day long! You also have the choice of using your own vendors, with very few rules and very few restrictions!
