Rosewood Gardens is a romantic, English style country garden in the Great Smoky Mountain region of East Tennessee. Quite unique in the area. It is set in 17 acres overlooking the mountains, with 4 - 5 acres of cultivated gardens. A beautiful venue for an outdoor wedding. Wedding parties have exclusive use of the gardens during the duration of the wedding, and every wedding is carefully scheduled so that couples never feel rushed on their special day.
Rosewood Gardens has nine different themed areas, the most notable of which is the "Memorial Garden to Diana, Princess of Wales," which was designed and landscaped with the approval of the late princess's family. Our two heirloom gardens, the Victorian Garden and the Shakespeare Garden are all authentically landscaped to the period.
The "Wine & Roses Garden" is ideal for the actual wedding ceremony and will accomodate up to 100 guests. A large weeping willow creates real atmosphere in this garden, which is romantically landscaped with roses and other plants in the full spectrum of wine colors. A large white arbor, also clad in roses and other vines, is perfect for the minister to perform the ceremony. While photographs are being taken, other wedding guests can stroll and enjoy the beauty of all the garden areas.
A beautiful large dressing area, decorated in Victorian style, is available for the bride and her attendants.
An indoor facility, with kitchen area is now available for buffet catering, and we have an adjoining deck area overlooking the garden.
