Founded in 1913, Colonial Country Club has established itself as the premier Club in the greater Mid-South region. Sitting on 385 acres of meticulously manicured and peaceful grounds, the Board of Directors and the Membership invite you to experience the difference at Colonial. It is a welcome and friendly environment for individuals and families of all ages with an uncompromising attitude of Member-service.
Colonial is a full-service Club, with active participation in our Tennis, Swimming, and Golf programs. Colonial offers 36 holes of golf, including the 3rd ranked course in the state of Tennessee, also the top-ranked course in the Memphis Area by Memphis Business Journal. Colonial was the founding Club and home to the Danny Thomas Memphis Classic for thirty years. We offer two hard tennis courts and six clay tennis courts, all of which are maintained to USTA Tournament standards. Our swim team numbers in excess of 100 "Colonial Crocodiles" and participates in weekly meets throughout the summer.
Our dining and special events do not take a backseat to our sporting and recreational programs. We place a continued emphasis on providing a variety of events that are inviting to all segments of our Membership, including children, teenagers, and empty-nesters. Quality food and service is a trademark of Colonial and we continue to enhance Sunday Champagne Brunch and nightly family dinner specials.
