Since inception, Professional Gourmet has become the premier upscale caterer in the area. We have provided services to corporate, collegiate, governmental, and private clients. We have truly raised the bar for catering in the region and no one has been able to match our quality, style, and value. The two partners in our catering venture have over 30 years of experience in fine foodservice management and service. We are fully H.A.C.C.P. trained and certified by Servesafe. Our Executive chef has health department certifications in TN, AL, SC, IL, and NC. Including certification in the City of Chicago, whose standards are so rigorous that the rest of the country has modeled and based their health code on this standard.
In addition to these advantages, we are intimately familiar with the people, traditions, values, of the Middle Tennessee region. Professional Gourmet offers the gentility of the old Southern traditions and the experience of years spent as true restaurant professionals.
