The studio is in the historic Cedars neighborhood, located just South of Downtown, near the Convention Center, Heritage Park (Old City Park), the new Dallas Police Headquarters, the Cedars rail station, and the South Side on Lamar. The neighborhood boasts many of the city's finest artists.
The studio and gallery area include 1,300 square feet of open space in addition to a full kitchen and bar area. The area has white walls, cement floors and high ceilings that can accommodate a wide variety of gatherings, from informal cocktail parties to elegant dinners. There is street parking for smaller events, and additional parking can be arranged nearby for larger ones. The space next door, an additional 1,300 sf, can also be used for larger events. The Studio is convenient to I 30, Central Expressway, I35 and Downtown.
