Founded by Zach Townsend in 2003, Pure Chocolate Desserts by Zach focuses purely on chocolate desserts made from the highest quality chocolates. All items are handmade and made-to-order.
Chocolate desserts are provided for individual orders or larger events such as weddings, grand openings, or any occasion when exceptional chocolate is desired. Service is delivery or pick up only. Zach learned his dessert making skills from travels in France and by apprenticing with Rose Levy Beranbaum, author of The Cake Bible, The Bread Bible and The Pie and Pastry Bible. One of Zach's cakes will be featured in Rose's new book, Rose's Heavenly Cakes, launching in 2008.
