Eloquent Cakes is the childhood dream of experienced cake decorator Lindsey Foreman. Lindsey has been perfecting her art since she iced her first cake when she was 9 years old. Today she is constantly creating edible masterpieces for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.
Lindsey received a degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2006 and since then she has worked as a Structural Engineer in Houston, Texas. Now she continues to practice her trade as a designer, baker, decorator, florist, artist and sometimes even as a cake engineer!
