Our staff is composed of a highly organized, committed team lead by Executive Chef Deborah DeWitt.

Ms. DeWitt is a European-trained, native Texan whose integrity keeps the company on the edge by consistently creating delectable food with outstanding presentation. Apprenticed to great chefs in both America and France, Chef DeWitt enjoys creating exciting and distinctive cuisines. After attending school in Madrid, she began her cooking career in Burgundy, France with Jean Pierre Senelet of L'Eccuson. Her culinary education continued in Houston where she added Robert Del Grande of Cafe Annie and Herve Glin to her impressive list of mentors.

Incorporating the bold flavors of Modem Southwestern, the richness of classic French, and the zest of Tuscany and the Mediterranean, Ms. DeWitt has created her award-winning Medi-Tex Cuisine. Skillfully combining these and other cuisines she produces custom-designed menu selections for every event.
