Chef Joe Rosenthal is a graduate of the internationally renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He served as Sous Chef for the top caterer of the Hudson Valley, working extensively in Upstate New York, Westchester County and Manhattan.
In recent years, he served as a member of the culinary faculty at the Art Institute of Dallas. Joe has prepared delicious cuisine for numerous dignitaries and celebrities such as former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, singer Patti LaBelle, former Texas Governor Ann Richards and actor Kevin Bacon.
