Our catering menus consist of Cajun & BBQ items. We sell our own custom blended low- salt and no- salt spice seasonings which are all natural. No MSG, preservatives,dyes, or additives. Just herbs & spices.
Excellent grilled and smoked meats (i.e. beef brisket, pork or beef ribs, sausage or chicken) which are smoked in hickory, pecan, mesquite, plum, peach or alder woods.
