We can provide day of event services. We have you think of and describe your ideal event. Based on that idea, budget and time, we work to recreate the vision and turn it into reality. We act as principal liaison on behalf of the client. We prepare accurate, efficient and detailed event timelines for pre- event and the event. Our staff is onsite at the event to ensure that everyone is in place and on time. We supervise post- event moveout and closing of accounts with vendors.
It is advised that you have a budget set for event expenses. We provide you with a list of highs and lows for estimated expenses. We negotiate contracts with vendors within budget guidelines or limits.
Vendor selection is key to a successful event. We help you find reliable vendors by knowing who the quality vendors are. We take the guesswork out of the equation due to the fact that we work with vendors on a day to day basis, not once in a lifetime. We also attend pre- selection meetings with client and vendors.
We organize all details as an experienced event team who understands the intricacies of planning an event that runs smoothly and on schedule. We relieve stress by assisting you in the planning process by tending to every detail. We will work with you to plan the perfect event, while encouraging and welcoming your personal participation. Based off your vision, we will present you with ideas and concepts.
