The Evansham Ballroom offers 9,000 square feet of space for your event. Typically this space is used for the larger events such as Expos, large corporate conferences, wedding receptions, proms, graduations or anything requiring a large stage, runway or dance floor. The elegant décor includes neutral colored walls and high ceilings with a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the full wall windows along one side of the Ballroom.
There are three theater size projector screens available and ceiling mounted projectors allow for safety and will not disrupt the view from anywhere in the room. Two separator walls can be draw to divide the room into as many as 3 rooms for breakout conferences during your event. There are 8 entrances/exits from the ballroom, including 5 double doors and one exit to the patio area for convenience.

$1,200, 50% due 90 days in advance of event with the rest becoming due the day of the event. Should the event be scheduled less than 90 days before an event, 50% shall be due immediately with the balance becoming due the day of the event.
