This beautifully restored historic antebellum home built in 1832, is set on 13 acres overlooking a 2-acre lake with magnificent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This 5,000 square foot inn is warmly & elegantly decorated with a country colonial theme. Our 3,000 sq. ft. Trivium Ballroom boasts antique columns throughout & a large stage area overlooking the lake.
Trivium offers upscale on-site catering for both the Events Building and Inn. The Inn's dining room is perfect for luncheons, teas, board meetings, corporate planning sessions, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, etc.
Wedding packages include exclusive use of the Inn and grounds the day of your event, all rooms of the Inn, & of course, the Trivium Ballroom with a seating capacity of up to 200 people. Don't let the weather, heat, cold, or bugs spoil your special day! You can rest easy knowing you & your guests will be comfortable & dry in our beautiful air conditioned ballroom!
Your site fee also includes tables, chairs, linens, glasses, flatware, table decorations of your choice, a $20 flower allowance per table, wait staff, parking attendants, valet, & wedding director! The Inn at Trivium is fully ABC licensed.
The Inn boasts a total of 4 bedrooms, two of which are full suites. All guest rooms offer a private bath. The bridal suite is complete with king-size 4 poster bed, lovely parlor with DirecTV, and incredible views of the mountains and lake!
The parlor of this room boasts plasma DirecTV. Guests can enjoy the many common areas of the Inn, from the elegantly appointed parlor to the large and sunny dining room w/ large plasma TV, and outside to the patio and large columned porch, complete with rocking chairs and spectacular views.
