Located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the inn is a 150- acre oasis of tranquility that offers breathtaking vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah National Park. It sits in nature's embrace midway up a gentle hill surrounded by pasturing meadows and woodland, overlooking serene mountain vistas and kept company by a spring that meanders through its pastures green. Our location is private and provides you with acres of beautiful views. Maximum occupancy is limited to 20 couples, creating an exclusive and intimate setting for you to embark on your romantic getaway.
The inn has received numerous accolades from acclaimed publications such as CondéNast Traveler, Southern Living, Vogue, Palm Beach, Family Circle, the New York Times and the Washingtonian. The comforting American cuisine of the Farmhouse Restaurant has been touted by Bon Appetit magazine and featured on The Food Network with Chef Bobby Flay. Fine dining and casual atmosphere are blended perfectly together.
The inn's accommodations, which are uniquely decorated, include six luxurious cabins, eight lavish suites, and six charming rooms. Amenities for all quarters include Jacuzzis or soaking tubs, private baths, A/ C, fireplaces, small refrigerators, high-speed, wireless Internet services, flat- screen TVs, DVD and CD players. In-room, customized full- body massages are available by appointment, and there is a year- round, outdoor mineral- spa tub too. Additionally, there are trails for walking, hiking and biking along with guided horseback riding and stables.
