Located in the heart of "River Country" Tappahannock,Virginia one hour from Richmond, Virginia and 90 minutes to Washington D.C. Historic Kinloch was the site of circa 1843 Antebellum Mansion which burned in 1947 and was then replaced by the current home built by famous architect Charles Goodwin.
The home features an amazing 730 Sq. ft glass enclosed great hall and offers an additional 650 square feet of glass enclosed porches which spill out onto the tented brick pavillon and lawn. The 7,000 sq. foot home offers over 6,000 sq. feet of public entertainment space including a Billards room and wet bar. The estate also offers private tennis courts.
