The Coastal Motion Band started in the fall of 2000. Through several personnel changes, they began playing small clubs around the Hampton Roads area. However, the horn bands such as Bill Deal's Rhondels, Chairman of the Board, and Band of Oz was of great influence since the 70's. After re-grouping, we found a group of talented and committed musicians.
The band still continues the tradition of beach music along with other favorite party and dance music to suit people of all ages.
