The Little Bakehouse is owned and operated by Walter Evangelisti, who holds a Masters Pastry Chef degree from Germany. The Bakehouse creates wedding cakes, chocolate show pieces and cakes for: anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, graduations, religious events, fresh apple apple strudel, Linzer torte and more.
We also make seasonal baked items, such as decorated cakes for Thanksgiving, chocolate raspberry preserve filled Christmas Yule Logs in different sizes decorated with our own home made chocolate holly leaves and sugar mushrooms.
