Bill's Pastry was founded in 1952 by Bill Wells. Bill has since passed, but his tradition lives on in his recipes which continue to be used today for many of the items he provided the community for so many years.
Bill's Pastry and Cake Shop specializes in cakes for all occasions-Birthdays-Weddings-Showers. We provide 3-D cakes, photo cakes, conventional cakes, and have successfully been able to provide just about any idea that may come to a customers mind.
One of our more famous items is our cream puffs. We continue to use the same vanilla custard, shell, and chocolate topping recipe that Bill used. We have the traditional selection of cookies as well as a few specialty. If you have anything else in mind, we have hundreds of old-fashioned and new recipes to choose from.
Our pies are delectably unique. They come from old-fashioned recipes, and a few are from our own selection of recipes. Either way you go, you will not leave dissatisfied. Our bread is made fresh daily. It is mixed and prepared by our bakers. We also provide all types of made to order treats, as well as keep a good selection of other itmes in stock at our store.
