The Forum

The Museum's first floor lobby is an ideal space for receptions and sit - down affairs. Adorned with carefully chosen works of fine art, craft, and design, the Forum offers an exceptional space for dining and entertainment. In addition to the first floor space, guests are welcome to enjoy all of the museum's galleries. Private tours can be arranged.

Fees & Deposit



A 50% non - refundable security deposit (minimum of $100), applicable towards the total charge for the event, is due upon signing of this agreement. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the scheduled event. A refundable security deposit of $500, in addition to the rental fee and non - refundable deposit is also required. A credit card must be provided for all security deposits. No date shall be deemed to be "reserved" until the non - refundable deposit is received and transacted by Bellevue Arts Museum.

Availability/Hours



The Museum's Forum, Auditorium, Galleries, and the Court of Light are available to rent when the Museum is closed to the public. Please check with our Special Events Coordinator for your possible event date / time.
