RVCC is a classic, two- story historic building that has two distinct spaces. Our intimate, 250- seat auditorium offers raked seating in a large center block with additional seating on each side. The stage is 39 ft wide by 24 ft deep; floor to ceiling height to 15 ft. It is a traditional end stage with a wood floor. Complete sound and lighting system provided with excellent natural acoustics.
The lower level assembly hall measures 60 ft x 45 ft. and has excellent lighting and a pergo tiled floor. A small catering kitchen is attached. Tables (15) and chairs (100) provided. An upright piano, storage cabinets and TV/ VCR offered. The building is fully ADA- accessible with a 15- space parking lot.
RVCC is located on the north end of the Columbia City Business District, slightly behind the Columbia Library on a village green. Take the Columbia Way exit off I- 5. Follow Columbian Way until it becomes S. Alaska Street past Martin Luther King Way, turn right into parking lot just before Rainier Av. S.
