Owners Neil and Clare Freitas welcome you to the Olympic Bakery & Deli.
Neil always had a dream of owning his own bakery and in April of 2003 his dream came true.
With over 20 years of baking experience in Seattle and Olympia. Neil along with his wife Clare were ready to take on the challenge and they opened up the Olympic Bakery in Shelton, Washington. Clare takes on many tasks with pride. Interacting with customers, managing retail, purchasing supplies and bookkeeping are all in a days work. She is the key to success.
With a staff of nine they are busy bringing you the freshest products possible. One of the cheerful retail staff always greets you with a warm smile and friendly hello as you walk in the door and there is always a talented baker back in the production area ready to answer any question about their products.
