How To Submit Your Company

 
   
If you represent an event venue or vendor company, you may submit a profile to be considered for GatheringGuide.com. There is no charge for basic listings. Questions about profile submissions can be directed to accounts@gatheringguide.com. Questions about adding pictures to your profile and profile upgrades should be directed to our sales department at (510) 868-6308. Follow the steps below to sign-up:

Step 1: Create a Visitor Account
If you do not yet have a visitor account, Sign-up for a visitor account. You will be able to use your visitor account login information to access your profile in the future to make changes and additions. If you already have a visitor account, go on to Step 2.
 
 
Step 2: Submit Your Profile Information
To submit your profile information, click on your service type below. Basic profile listings are provided free of charge. When submitting your profile, be sure to provide a complete set of details so we can effectively evaluate your company. The information you submit will be reviewed and then used as the basis of your profile. If you wish to be listed in more than one category, please contact us at accounts@gatheringguide.com, a service fee may apply for additional categories.

Step 3: Consider a Profile Upgrade
To get your company more customer referrals and to convert more of those contacts into paying customers, upgrades are available that include:
  • Direct link to website and email address
  • Priority placement on search results page
  • Live access to an account manager for profile assistance and performance statistics
  • Featured listing on search results page
  • The ability to list services in more than one category
  • Extended search radius
