Studio rental includes: free Wi - Fi; garment rack and steamer; MUA / hair styling room; private bathroom; large open shooting space; great natural lighting; client lounge area; multiple shooting spaces; street level studio (no stairs or elevators!); easy parking options (street and daily $5 - 10 lots); coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and mini - fridge; mp3 players and flat screen TV for camera hook up; movie projector and Surround Sound; and more.
