The Smithview Pavilion & Event Center has 3,200 square feet available for your event. It will accommodate seating for 300 guests and dining for 200, in this outdoor covered pavilion. It includes kitchen facilities, chairs, tables, linens, audio equipment, a fireplace, outdoor heaters, a ladies' bridal suite, and ample parking.

Smithview Pavilion is convenietly located off of Highway 321, the Lamar Alexander Parkway, in Maryville, TN. We are 4.5 miles from the Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport and 20 miles from Townsend, TN, which is at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
All of our rental packages include the following items / services: 12 round tables; 96 chairs; two six - foot banquet tables; two eight - foot banquet tables; four bistro tables; 20 white, floor length table linens; eight white decorative lanterns with candle; 12 fresh, custom floral arrangements for the round tables; one fresh, custom floral arrangement for the fireplace mantle; the use of the kitchen facilities; bridal lounge; audio equipment; and set - up / breakdown of our tables and chairs.
