Our venue includes the following spaces for your meetings and events:

Our very private Potomac Room is located just off the lobby. The room is 39'x31,' 1,209 total square feet of space and can accommodate 60 theatre style, 50 for banquet and 30 for classroom. This beautiful room has a private bathroom and an additional connecting room that is about 12x12.

Our exclusive caterer for the hotel is Dimensions Dining - great affordable menus for breakfast, lunch, afternoon breaks, dinner and hors d' oeuvres. This room is wireless. This room rents by the day, week, and or month.

Our very private board room is located just off the lobby. This room is conference style seating for up to 12 people.

Our main ballroom is a total of 6,830 square feet of space with new paint, new chandeliers, new hardwood dance floor and new air conditioning units. This room can be broken down to the Milan room, Florence room and the Rome room. The ballroom parking lot is free of charge.

Milan has a stage up front and includes a brand new hardwood dance floor and is 48'x48'x10.' Milan is 2,304 total square feet and can accommodate 250 theatre style, 200 banquet and 150 classroom style and can be sectioned off.

Florence is 48'x48'x10' and is 1,536 total square feet of space. This room can accommodate 100 people theatre style, 60 banquet and 60 classroom.

The Rome room is 59'x42'x10' and is 2,478 total square feet of space. This room can accommodate 250 theatre style, 150 banquet and 150 classroom.
