The historic Depot Hotel - Cucina Rustica in Sonoma, with its romantic Italian Garden, is available 7 days a week for completely private weddings, receptions, and birthday or anniversary parties.
Located on a quiet street one block off the historic Sonoma Plaza, the DEPOT HOTEL is a beautifully restored plumstone building, one of the landmarks of the lovely "Valley of the Moon" in California's wine country.
Our restaurant features charming "country-inn" style decor in shades of gold, burgundy, and pale pink. Inside the historic stone building is seating for approximately 100 guests, year round. The dining rooms are decorated with wine country art, antique Italian china, antique copper, and tapestries. The entire back wall of the restaurant is glass--opening onto a beautiful Italian garden. This romantic quiet garden with is decorated with topiaries, statues, and shady flower-filled terraces surrounding a central reflection pool and Roman fountain. On the terraces outside there is seating for additional 80 guests, if weather permits. The maximum number of guests recommended, indoors and outside included, is 150.
