This beautiful Queen Anne style Victorian house, located in historic downtown Franklin, was built in 1892. It offers ambiance like none other with many original features such as high ceilings, vintage windows, hardwood floors, unique fireplaces in each room, and detailed decorative trim work, just to name a few.
Adjoining the house is our newly installed permanent canopy, which lets you enjoy the beauty and splendor of our magnificent garden while protecting you and your guests from the elements.
Our venue is perfect for intimate indoor ceremonies (for 50 guests), and grand outdoor ceremonies (for 300+ guests). Our fully furnished dining rooms in the main house can seat 100 guests, while the covered courtyard can seat an additional 200+ guests.
Brides can prepare for their special day in the serenity of our private Bridal Suite, while the guys relax in the Groom’s Quarters.
With an on- site Chef Extraordinaire, we offer many menu choices. Our event planner and venue coordinator can help make your day special!
