The industrial character of the turn of the century steel foundry is largely in tact. Some elements of the original casting process are evident on site in the form of wooden casts, a large wooden crane and metal chimneys. The large space is column free and provides high open ceilings exposing the hip roof shapes. Large central roof monitors bring daylight into the space. The building is symmetrical in shape with a larger central space and flanking wings to each side. Renovated arched windows and doors along the facade provide additional daylight.
The "industrial" character has been improved to provide a sense of sophistication and elegance. A new mezzanine in the center of the facility offers additional dining and reception space and a large outdoor sculpture garden for ceremonies and receptions complete the picture.
