The Cotton Barn at Pineola Farms is one of Middle Georgia's most unique event facilities. We are located on 12 acres of farmland in Peach County, Georgia, just 9 miles West of I-75 at Byron or Perry. Pineola Farms was established in 1865 and remained in the Bassett family until 1973.
The Barn was built in 1930 on the East side of Taylor's Mill Rd and moved to it's current location in 2006 where it was totally restored in 2007.
The Barn consists of 2100 square feet in the Cotton room with an additional 1050 square feet containing the caterer's kitchen, restrooms and green room. The covered front porch is 800 square feet and the open deck is 600 square feet overlooking the pecan orchard.
