Our 3rd floor space is at the front of our historic warehouse building with a stunning view of the downtown skyline. We offer a flexible, arty environment in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District. We have newly remodeled bathrooms and a brand new, state- of- the- art catering kitchen including an ice maker, coffee maker and commercial appliances. We do not restrict renters to specific caterers, or any other services.
The space is accessible by stairs and elevator. We have tables and chairs available for rent. We allow alcohol, but no cash bar. Renters have the space for the full day of their event until 2am. Set- up can typically occur starting the day before and clean- up the day after.
