Reserve our multi-use facility for your next event. The 3,300 sq. ft. hall has a seating capacity of 250 people, Max standing capacity is 450. There is plenty of downtown parking to accommodate all of your guests. There are many possible seating arrangements featuring round and rectangular tables. Our competitive rates include tables, chairs, setup, and breakdown of the room.
RATES:
Fridays and Saturdays during Non-PRIME TIME months: $1,000 (From 9:00am to 2:00am)
Fridays and Saturdays during PRIME TIME* months: $1,500
Sundays: $800
Weekdays: $100 per hour
Weeknights: $600
Holding Fee: $200 due at lease signing (non-refundable) Applied to rental fee
Business / Organizational Package: $300 for four (4) hours to include internet connection and projector. (Valid for recurring dates only)
*PRIME TIME months are April, May, June, July, November and December
