Philip D'Ambola, Owner / Chef, prepares delicious affordable gourmet dinners. Specializing in fine house-made sauces and Italian regional delights. Seafood is a specialty, but that doesn't mean pasta, beef, chicken, or veal is overlooked.
Phil is a trained chef and is happy to prepare (if at all feasible) special selections for events, such as poached salmon, grilled lamb chops, quail - you name it. D'Ambola's Restaurant has hosted small to gala events and parties in scenic Nelson County for over seven years. The main dining area accommodates groups of 4 to 50 - rehearsal dinners, wedding parties and clubs.
