The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen is carefully designed as a multi-use arts venue suitable for a variety of uses from weddings, receptions, business meetings, banquets and special events to live music and theatre performances, classes, exhibitions and workshops.
The Center has two buildings, The Mountain Road Conference Center and The Arts Center that contain a variety of spaces suitable for events with 20 people to events for up to 300 people.
The Conference Center contains the versatile Cardinal Ballroom (300) that can host a wedding, reception, class room style, crescent-rounds or theatre-style presentation; Dogwood Salon (90) for small weddings, receptions, parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers or meetings; and the Glen Allen Room and Lounge (25) perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties or small meetings.
The Arts Center contains the Grand Ballroom (150) featuring a 2000 square foot Italian parquet floor ideal for weddings, receptions, business meetings or workshops; Weinstein Sculpture Garden (240 wedding ceremony, 110 party) a lush covered outdoor garden option ideal for wedding ceremonies, parties and cocktail receptions; Gumenick Family Art Gallery (60) a unique venue filled with original artwork perfect for pre-reception cocktails, rehearsal dinners or small gatherings; Siegel Studio(80), Studios F&G (160) the inviting 4,000 square foot lobby area (120) ideal for cocktail receptions before meetings and performances in the theatre; and theatre (350 seats) ideal for wedding ceremonies, graduations, business meetings, award ceremonies and more.
