The landmark complex was purchased by a non-profit organization, the Atlas Performing Arts Center, in 2002 with the intention of renovating the spaces as a community-based performing arts center. The $20 million renovation began in 2004 and was completed in November 2006.
The new design and renovation includes 5 spaces.
The Lang Theater is a 265 seat proscenium style theater. It is designed for theater, musical theater, and dance productions as well can be used for lectures and conferences, award ceremonies and special events.
The Sprenger Theater is a flexible 50' x 60' space that can be transformed into many different set ups and is ideal for large events. The Sprenger Theater can hold 500 + standing and 200 for seated dinners.
The Great Hall can accommodate 250+ guest and combined with the use of the Sprenger Theater can hold 750+ guest standing.
Two additional smaller spaces can be used for breakout rooms, holding areas and kitchen set-up for your cater.
