Two studios with over 8,000 square feet of unobstructed daylight, spacious 16 foot ceilings and dramatic views of the Hudson and Midtown provide a clean, minimal loft space that is both functional and private.
Our 1600 sq ft North Studio adjoins to an 800 sq ft outdoor terrace with French doors leading to views of the Hudson and Midtown, while our 5500 sq ft South Studio houses a dance floor looking out onto the Hudson. Either or both studios are available for rent, and feature a full-sized gourmet kitchen, commercial restrooms and blonde hardwood floors.
Located near Madison Square Garden, our location is easily accessible via subway, taxi or bus. We have three parking garages within a one block radius.
