An Event Coordinator will be assigned for each reserved function as a hospitality facilitator and neighborhood representative to assist with the rental activities, review policies, coordinate rehearsal, decorating and clean up times and be responsible for opening and closing the chapel. |

Renters agree to a maximum occupancy of 100 people, to be responsible for any damages and clean up. There are no open fires allowed, no smoking and no loud music, as this is a residential area. Activities should be confined between the hours of 9am and 9:30pm with guests vacating the property by 10:00pm |
