A true residence, the living room has a fireplace and a side room has a pool table, which many guests enjoy before dinner. It has a giant gazebo style effect, all open on the sides, with great wood deck patios and a Spanish Colonial style roof of unusual Teja tiles. The modern open-air kitchen was used by Martha Stewart on a television special featuring Puerto Rico's most celebrated chefs and has been used as the site for many movies.

Fully Furnished & Staged Décor- from couches surrounding the fireplace to hidden lounge areas and hundreds of unique décor items, the stage is fully set for your special evening. No need for cocktail tables or lounge furniture!
Foliage Package includes an array of ferns and palms in large Terracotta pots, blooming bougainvillea and bursts of tropical flowers staged throughout the venue.
