There are 3,500 square feet on the ground floor. The place is large enough to have a dance floor as well as comfortably seating 80-150 guests. There is a large bar downstairs. Plenty of ground floor bathrooms with Handicapped accessible bathrooms.
The most amazing feature is the 3,000 square foot roof deck. There is a bar upstairs, seating for 150 and views of Manhattan. There are beautiful sunsets all year round. Rates are extremely reasonable. We look forward to hosting your event.
