This is a week - by - week rental or a weekend getaway. It can also be rented for a wedding event. Rental includes use of the house for the kitchen, baths, back deck, etc. If you want to have a small reception after getting married, our back deck is perfect to do so.
If you have kids in your event, they will love the local ducks and deer. We have corn on the back porch. You are welcome to set out some for the ducks. We don't have a contract negotiated with the ducks but they normally show up for corn!

The Greenbriar restaurant, just up the hill, is a great place to have your reception or your rehearsal dinner.
