For such reason we offer three different packages, the diamond package, the platinum package and the gold package. We can always customize our services, depending on each client individual needs and budget. With the diamond package (or full service coordination), we plan and manage every aspect of your wedding according to your guidelines and specifications… and will take care of everything. With this package, we provide a one-on-one comprehensive coordination services from the moment of contract to the day of the event. We will manage every detail of the planning and will be the first one there and the last one to leave the day of your wedding. We will advice on the best venues, best vendors, we will meet and contact all the players necessary to make your day exactly as you have always envisioned it. In addition, we will personally take you and your fiancée through the intimidating process of obtaining a marriage license in the island.
The platinum package is for the bride who wishes to have a more active role in the planning of the wedding but that wishes assistance from someone who knows the island; knows and has worked with the best vendors in the island; and that is there the day of the wedding to make sure vendors arrive at set times and that the setup, ceremony and reception run smoothly.
The gold package (or week of the event coordination) is for clients that wish to plan their own wedding but will need to have assistance and coordination services the week of the wedding and on the wedding day. We will ensure that the event runs smoothly and that no detail is overlooked so that the bride and groom can enjoy her efforts with her family and loved ones free of stress.

Our compensation is a flat fee that will depend on the services that you need, the overall complexity of the event, the amount of guests that will be attending, the venue that you choose, among other things. Details are necessary to provide final quotes, but generally speaking, the fees range between $600.00 and $4,000.00. |
