Our philosophy is rooted in the feeling of Aloha, the nurturing and open-hearted ways that we create food for our clients. Locally grown, organic food is our priority, and we always strive to include a bounty of food from the aina, cause there's really "nuttin' finah than food from da aina!".
We create fusion cuisine, drawing from the traditions that include Thai, Japanese, Hawaiian, Tibetian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Healthy & Vibrant American/Neo-Californian fusion, Mexican, European, and more. We also offer customized chef services for raw/vegan food clients.
