We will supervise and assure all details for each event, provide customers with proper guidance, establish customer contact and working relationships, documentation, customer service needs and establish functional requirements of assigned events.
We will assure customer compliance with rules and regulations, provide clear and concise written instructions detailing exact event set up and execution in conjunction with client contracts, and instruct and direct set up crews in proper execution on site. We also will develop post event reporting and follow- up.
