The chef, John Levins, has years of experience in restaurants including The Harvest, and as part-owner of The Green Street Grill. Most recently, he designed the menu that opened Soma in Beverly, Massachusetts. He began his training in the U.S. Virgin Islands under the tutelage of the famed French Chef, Patricia LaCorte. His partner, Jodi Auerbach, is a graduate of the Cornell Hotel Management School and worked for many years at Rowes Wharf in catering and event planning.
