Ever since he was tall enough to see over the kitchen counter, Eric Levine, Bald Daddy's founder and president, has always had a passion for cooking and baking. Throughout his life he studied and self-taught himself the techniques and skills used by today's master chefs, as he watched them create their delicious treasures. Never having any formal training in culinary arts, Eric has always viewed his interest in cooking and baking as more of a personal passion rather than a profession. Whether simply cooking for his wife and children, or preparing feasts for family and friends, the feedback to his creations has always been effusively positive.
Eric has had many great successes and accomplishments in his life, the most recent of which was staying at home to care for his two young sons. Knowing that the day will soon come that the boys will be going off to school, he decided to listen to his many supporters and turn his passion for baking into something that celebrates great food, and the strong relationships dads, whether bald or with a full head-of-hair, have with their children. Bald Daddy's. Almost 6 years later that dream is being realized. Eric has "honed his craft" and created what many call the best crumb cake they have ever tasted.
