My name is Heather Rose and I officiate weddings, vow renewals, and other commitment ceremonies within 50 miles of Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. I'm a wedding minister with the Universal Life Church. ULC ministers come from all walks of life and spiritual traditions. Our common thread is our adherence to the universal doctrine of religious freedom.

Pricing        My fee is $175. This includes: preliminary consultation, personalized ceremony, officiation of your ceremony, commemorative copy of your ceremony, and filing of legal documents. Rehearsal coordination is $50. Nominal travel fees charged for weddings outside of Portland. Special accomodations are negotiable.
