Jeannetti's Catering can provide both upscale fine dining or a very casual experience for weddings, corporate catering, special events and fundraisers or intimate private parties.
We provide American regional, "Asianese" (Pan Asian with a twist) Chinese, Eastern European, French, Latin American, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Thai, Vegetarian and Vietnamese cuisine.
I graduated from culinary school in New York, 20 years ago, with specialized training under some of the top chefs at the Waldorf Astoria, AROC, Danielle's in New York, Pacific East in the Hamptons and The Biltmore Hotel (Coral Gables), Pearl Champagne Lounge (above Nikki Beach), Nemo and Pacific Time in Miami.
