On our first meeting with the bride, we discuss wedding expectations, wedding budget, and professional wedding vendors required for the wedding.
On our second meeting with the bride, we assist her in the selection of wedding stationery and invitations. We provide a list of businesses with bridal registries. We make preliminary phone calls to wedding vendors to verify date availability. We set up appointments with wedding vendors. We assist in finding the best ceremony and reception site. We provide the bride with a list of all wedding vendors selected.
On our third meeting with the bride, we discuss specifics for the “Save the Date” letter and mail it out. We discuss hotel accommodations for out of town guests & reserve a block. We discuss favors for the reception and provide suggestions. We discuss ceremony programs and other wedding accessories and rentals.
We attend and supervise the rehearsal. We attend and direct ceremony, arriving 1 to 2 hours prior. We attend and direct the reception. We meet vendors at the site to confirm responsibilities and coordinate & direct the event.
All discounts from vendors to me as a wedding consultant are automatically passed to the bride. Discount savings can possibly cover most of the fee for my services.
