My name is Rev. Ernestine Sykes, an all - faiths minister and wedding officiant. I would be honored to share your special day with you. I officiate grandly elegant or small, charming ceremonies; renewals of vows; or commitment ceremonies in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.
Your wedding is important to me. I feel every wedding ceremony should be as wonderfully different as each individual couple. Together we will create your wedding vows, in either a civil, religious, or spiritual ceremony. Every ceremony is personal, heartfelt, and memorable.
If you have children and you wish to include them in your ceremony, I have a beautiful family ceremony. Other additions to your ceremony may be handfasting, white rose, candle ceremony, Dutch wedding box, glass breaking, wine or sake exchange ceremonies, and many other additions. You may add special poems or readings to your ceremony that may be read by family or friends.
Whether you are planning your venue as a Texas destination or as a resident of the San Antonio area, I am available to you as much as you need me for consultation and support inclusive of weddings as well as many other venues. I am available for home blessings and funeral rites for the departed. I am pleased to also be available to baptize babies born to couples I have married and am available to officiate at baby or children blessing ceremonies.
