We bake the heavy, moist cakes that have that home-made taste and delicious buttercream or other specialty frostings with a professional look. We've been told our Italian Cream Cake is to die for!

We can also create unique custom fondant-covered cakes with a design you simply describe or show us on paper. The limit is your own imagination, because our designer is so good, she has no limitations!

A Piece of Cake bakes outstanding cakes, but we bake other specialty items as well. These include plain and specialty cheesecakes, muffins, cookies, and other sweeties. Our talented staff can decorate special order cookies to your specifications. Wedding and event catering available. For us, it's all "a piece of cake."

We're located in Newport, Hwy 70 East in the Newport River Shoppes, on North Carolina's beautiful Crystal Coast. When you are visiting the beach here in Carteret County, be sure to stop in for a quick sweetie and check us out.
