Aimee's style is modern and fun, taking a traditional approach and combining it with a photojournalistic flair. During her sessions things are relaxed, usually walking around a beautiful location chatting as she finds the perfect spots for your images. She'll direct and 'pose' her subjects some, and even attempt to get the 'everyone is looking and smiling' photo. Many of the best moments though, are the ones that occur before and after that shot.

Families interacting with one another produces some of her, and her clients', favorite images from the session. A pouting toddler or spontaneous outburst of laughter shows the reality of family life, and those are the moments she wants you to remember. Aimee feels that by allowing her subjects to be natural and comfortable, they can actually enjoy getting their photos taken! Imagine that! ;)

Her passion for families, their unique beauty, and capturing the fleeting moments of childhood is evident as Aimee puts her heart and soul into every session. You may meet as client and photographer, but she hopes you part as friends. :)
